Aristocrat Leisure将以37亿元收购Playtech
澳大利亚博彩机器制造商Aristocrat Leisure日前已同意以27亿英镑(37亿美元)的价格收购在伦敦上市的大型游戏软件开发商Playtech。如果双方同意进一步的合同条款，此次收购将由Aristocrat Leisure的全资子公司Bidco完成。
该公司提出以每股680便士(9.35美元)的价格收购Playtech的普通股，这一价格较Playtech 10月15日的收盘价溢价近58%。
此外，本次收购将为世界各地的游戏客户提供广泛的端到端解决方案组合。
Playtech在积极拓展美国和拉美市场。受新冠疫情影响，该公司的B2B销售额大幅增加。
与此同时，Playtech与总部位于香港的Gopher Investments达成最终协议，以2.5亿美元现金交易的方式出售其金融交易部门Finalto。
