如何选好交易者
我个人意见
1.不能在社区生存一年的交易员马上淘汰。选交易员等于选股票一样，没有时间的沉淀不能看到企业的盈利能力，等于没有时间的沉淀就看不出看出交易员的操作水平。
2.看他每次开单的仓位大小。一般来说1000美金0.01手-0.02手开仓 大多数都是稳定型交易员。
3.看交易员半年的胜率。看单仓位大自然要胜率高起码80%以上，小仓位的有60%以上已经不错。
4.跟随者选交易员，要注意他的回撤率。因为交易员一直盈利，没有回撤过，就小心有大回撤，对方交易员回撤能承受起，如果他回撤，你能承受起吗？其实最好是，一开始交易员给你一倍跟随的提示，你最好是0.5倍的跟随，只要跟随一段时间，才知道交易员的水平。前期不要以赚钱为目的，要筛选好交易员，可以模拟盘跟仓一段时间。等于双方谈恋爱也需要了解。
5.选定交易员不要随便换，要有共同进退的决心。因为你一换又要重新适应。
