24 Exchange向美国SEC提交Form 1申请
24 Exchange是一家场外(OTC)加密货币和外汇平台，周二宣布已向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了Form 1申请，以申请经营证券交易所的许可证。根据新闻稿，该公司根据百慕大货币管理局颁发的“T类”数字资产业务许可证，于9月完成了第一次实物加密交易。
申请许可证的公司24X National Exchange LLC寻求经营一家允许交易美国股票的交易所。
SEC对24 Exchange提交的Form 1申请没有一个固定的审核时间，预计24 Exchange将很快公布该申请以供公众审查。该公司还预计在“未来几个月”提供BTC和ETH的无本金交割远期(NDF)加密衍生品交易。
“当市场在其所在位置关闭时，交易员的风险最大。24 Exchange将通过在全球所有市场提供全天候的美国股票零售交易来解决这个问题。我们相信，24 Exchange平台将能够为美国股票交易员提供无与伦比的优势，无论他们位于哪里，”24 Exchange股票主管Paul Adcock表示。
