CySEC撤销London Capital Group的CIF许可证
塞浦路斯证券交易委员会(CySEC)周二宣布吊销London Capital Group (Cyprus) 的塞浦路斯投资公司(CIF)许可证，理由是该公司多次违反强制性合规要求。
CySEC称，该公司没有按规定任命两名董事，而且没有制定充分的政策和程序，以确保其遵守法律规定的义务。
塞浦路斯监管机构在6月14日的一次会议上决定吊销该经纪商的许可证。
由于许可证被吊销，London Capital Group现在必须结束所有业务，平仓并返还客户资金，包括利润。它还必须审查和解决所有客户的投诉。
此外，该公司还必须“确保除了代表公司及其客户完成平仓所必需的服务，不提供其它投资和辅助服务。”
总部位于英国的London Capital Group自2018年以来陷入困境，该公司去年任命了清算人，启动了业务清算程序。
今年早些时候，CySEC对London Capital Group发出警告，并因该经纪商的几项违规行为对其处以4万欧元罚款。取消许可证的最终决定是在此之后做出的。
