昨天做了6单的黄金，
3单盈利，3单亏损！
盈利的3单都是做多黄金，
亏损的3单全部是做空黄金，
昨天黄金的行情也是震荡上涨的。
所以这个结果也是正常
一般做黄金，一天我只会选择做一个方向。
要么只开多单，要么只开空单，
但是昨天多空都开，结果就是：空单全部止损了。
做交易知道该怎么做不难，难得是去执行！！
很多人也会我这样的体会：
“大道理我都懂啊，可是就是执行不了!”
“我知道不能死扛，但是就是不想止损”
“我知道不能无脑开仓，但是看到行情波动就管不住手”
从认知到执行，从脑子知道到动手执行的距离，跟地球到月亮的距离一样远！
