FCA宣布投资诈骗应对计划，鼓励安全投资！
英国金融行为监管局 (FCA) 宣布了应对投资诈骗的新战略，该机构还计划采取多项措施鼓励对受监管金融工具的投资。
根据该计划，FCA的目标是到2025年将投资于高风险产品的消费者数量减半。此外，FCA将采取有效措施检测和预防投资诈骗计划，减少消费者因投资诈骗而损失的资金，FCA还将稳定金融服务补偿计划。
2020/21年度，英国投资者因投资诈骗损失了近5.7亿英镑。自2018年以来，英国的投资欺诈数量大幅增加。
为实现上述目标，FCA制定了一揽子措施，包括发起一项1100万英镑的活动，帮助消费者做出更明智的投资决策、加强指定代表（AR）制度、加强金融促销制度等等。
FCA市场执行董事Sarah Pritchard表示：我们希望让消费者更有信心地、安全地进行投资，我们今天宣布的一揽子措施旨在支持这一点。我们也希望FCA能够更迅速地适应不断变化的市场，在消费者遭受损害时果断采取措施。
