英国金融行为监管局（FCA）今日对一家冒充盈透证券（英国）有限公司（Interactive Brokers (UK) Ltd）的克隆公司发出警告。

FCA警告，所有在英国从事金融服务活动的公司和个人均需获得FCA授权或注册。

近期登上FCA警示名单榜的还有加密货币交易平台Coinburp Limited（Coinburp），该平台计划在7月底推出CoinBurp $BURP代币和首次DEX代币发行。

然而据FCA称，Coinburp尚未根据《2017年洗钱、恐怖主义融资和资金转移条例》（经修订）（下称“《条例》”）完成FCA相关注册，只是向FCA提交了注册申请。

FCA的临时注册登记名单上确实有Coinburp的名字。尽管名单上的公司可以在没有完成注册的情况下继续开展交易活动，但此类公司以及它们的工作人员还未被认定为经营该类业务的合适的机构以及人选，并且FCA也尚未确定这些公司的申请是否适用于本《条例》。

FCA警告，加密资产（以及与之相关的投资和借贷产品）的投资风险很高，该监管机构在这领域保护投资者的能力有限。
