新交所宣布收购MaxxTrader
新加坡证券交易所(SGX)日前宣布，已收购单一来源和直接面向市场的外汇交易平台MaxxTrader。
据了解，新交所计划通过收购MaxxTrader，将其业务扩大到外汇场外交易(OTC)生态系统。
此次交易金额为1.25亿美元，预计将于2021年12月完成。SGX将从多资产执行和订单管理公司FlexTrade Systems手中收购MaxxTrader。
MaxxTrader总部位于新加坡，为包括银行和经纪自营商在内的卖方机构提供外汇定价和风险解决方案，并为对冲基金提供多交易商平台。
MaxxTrader目前的客户包括全球领先的银行、对冲基金和经纪商。MaxxTrader的日均交易量(ADV)在过去几年里大幅增长。
2020年，SGX收购了领先的云电子外汇交易解决方案供应商BidFX。
