欧盟委员会批准IHS Market与CME成立合资企业
近日，欧盟委员会无条件批准IHS Markit和CME成立合资企业。
今年1月初，IHS Markit和CME集团首次宣布，有意组建一家业务重叠的合资企业。合资企业将包括IHS Markit的场外衍生品和外汇交易加工业务(MarkitSERV)，以及CME的场外衍生品优化业务Traiana、TriOptima和Reset。
根据官方公告，合资企业将提供多个资产类别的贸易加工和贸易/投资组合优化服务。
IHS Markit将在交易结束时向CME集团支付1.13亿美元，以获得合资企业的平等所有权和共同控制权。不过，两家公司没有披露更具体的财务条款。
与此同时，标普全球(S&P Global)将以440亿美元的价格收购IHS Markit，该交易需要获得监管机构的批准。
此外，IHS今年早些时候收购了监管报告公司Cappitech，但没有披露交易条款。
