加密交易所Kraken获得RIT Capital投资
伦敦投资信托基金RIT Capital日前宣布，已购买加密货币交易所Kraken的股份。RIT Capital成立于1961年，是一家领先的投资信托公司，市值超过50亿美元。
根据官方公告，RIT Capital上个月投资了Kraken，该公司将Kraken描述为全球最大的加密货币交易所之一，拥有超过600万客户。
在过去的几个月里，Kraken的加密交易量激增。据了解，该平台计划在2022年进行IPO。RIT Capital提到Kraken的潜在估值可能为200亿美元左右。
Kraken不是唯一一家计划以IPO进行全球扩张的加密交易所。其他几家数字交易所也计划在未来几年内直接上市。
除Kraken外，Coinbase已正式开始IPO，该交易所股票上周公开发售，并收到了250美元的股票参考价。在首日上市时创下约420美元的历史新高，但随后出现了回落。昨日，COIN股票收于311美元。
上周，Coinbase的CEO Brian Armstrong出售了749,999股COIN股票，价值近2.92亿美元。一季度，Coinbase的交易量接近3350亿美元。
