凡事从自己身上找原因，是一个人最高级的修养
人生在世，只要与人接触，难免都会出现一些磕磕碰碰。
当遇到这些事情的时候，我们是无处宣泄地怨天尤人，还是常思己过反躬自省呢？
《礼记·乐记》有云：“好恶无节于内，知诱于外，不能反躬，天理灭矣。”
意思是遇事如果不能反躬自省，反而将自己的好恶全部表现出来，是不符合天理的。
遇事不抱怨，先从自己身上找原因，是一个人最高级的修养。
