With the current updating of the message notification page, the customer service system will also be upgraded and maintained, therefore the “Contact Customer Service” function will be temporarily unavailable.
In order to answer users' inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, the customer service staff of FOLLOWME will use the official community account to answer questions during the maintenance of the customer service system.
For any inquiries, please send private messages to Assistant via mobile device. The service time provided is between 9:30-18:30 on working days.
Once the update has been completed, we will notify our users. We apologize for any inconvenience that may or may not arise during this updating process.
