加拿大监管机构批准首个比特币ETF
据报道，投资公司Accelerate Financial旗下的比特币交易所交易基金（ETF）在加拿大获得批准。这也是北美首个正式获批的比特币ETF。
申请文件于2月11日(周四)获得批准，涵盖以下地区：不列颠哥伦比亚省，阿尔伯塔省，萨斯喀彻温省，马尼托巴省，魁北克省，新不伦瑞克省，新斯科舍省，爱德华王子岛，纽芬兰和拉布拉多省，西北地区，育空和努纳武特。
Accelerate Financial Technologies于2月2日向加拿大证券监管机构提交了Accelerate Bitcoin ETF (ABTC)的初步招股说明书。该公司表示，该ETF将提供以美元和加元计价的份额，管理费为0.7%，基金股份已在多伦多证券交易所上市。
该公司还提供一系列其他ETF，包括最近推出的OneChoice Alternative Portfolio ETF，这是加拿大首只提供另类资产投资的ETF。
1月中旬，加拿大基金管理公司Arxnovum也向安大略省证券委员会提交了一份比特币ETF招股说明书。
