黄金盘主：震
持仓策略：常空短多；
黄金昨天说到盘面继续下行的可能性比较大；给了压力位1849被盘面一穿而过；上到了第二压力位1860附近下来回归平静；小时跌盘变速2为震荡盘低点1834；高点1863；目前在1850下方，偏空一些；另留给黄金向某一个方向突破的时间不多了；
欧美盘主：震
持仓策略：常空短多
欧美昨天预期向下突破，但上去了一步，给出两个压力位1.212；1.245；在第二个压力位附近停下，小时跌盘变速2，震荡高点1.245，低点1.208；虽然是震荡，但谨慎做多；
镑美盘主：震
持仓策略：短空短多
镑美昨天说到在1.365谨慎做多，盘面上去，依然在震荡之中；有信号依然可以做空；（按信号，设止损，亏不加）
原油盘主：震
持仓策略：常空短多
原油昨天说到时间快到了，是上还是下，就要见分晓；如果下破51.8，那就是50.5；盘面晚间上去再次被压回；还是上面那句；
