1月26日，在国务院新闻办举行的2020年工业和信息化发展情况发布会上，工信部总工程师、新闻发言人田玉龙表示，2020年电信业务总量按上年不变价计算同比增长20.6%，电信业务收入同比增长3.6%，软件和信息技术服务业收入同比增长13.3%。
