上周，即将就任总统的拜登公布了1.9万亿美元的疫情纾困方案，包括直接向每一个美国支持1400美元，将最低工资提高到每小时15美元等，预料将受共和党人反对，但由于民主党得到参众两院的主导权，拜登需要把握党内每一个参议员的票便可顺利通过议案。受美债10年期收益率维持高位影响，美元持续反弹，目前已接近91水平，为一个月以来新高。
本周1月20日美国华盛顿将举行总统就职典礼，目前华盛顿、白宫、国会山都进入了高度戒备，以防总统就职礼当日发生像1月初的骚乱事件，市场和传媒眼球将关注就职日当天会否出现突发事件。假如拜登顺利就职，将利好美元和美股走势。
另外，本周欧洲、加拿大、日本三大央行都将发布1月利率决议，其中，市场预期欧加两大央行都将维持利率不变，但会对目前疫情控制和经济前景发表较鸽派言论，打压欧元和加元。
