B站已经向港交所正式提交了上市申请 计划3月在港上市
1月14日，腾讯新闻《一线》获悉，B站已经向港交所正式提交了上市申请，计划3月在港上市，其此次上市保荐团队为摩根士丹利、摩根大通、高盛和瑞银。
按照港交所的流程，回港二次上市的公司可秘密交表，在通过聆讯前无需在联交所网站公布具体信息。
尽管B站上市团队希望3月正式在港敲钟上市，但是其具体的时间表仍需要根据港交所过聆讯的时间来安排。一般来说，公司提交上市申请后2个月左右可能会安排聆讯，最近在排队上市的快手公司则等了近70天。
B站公开资料显示，B站三季度营收，达 32.3 亿元，同比增长 74%，远超市场预期。
截至1月12日美股收盘价，B站每股115.44美元，市值超过400亿美元。在过去一年中，B站市值涨了5倍多。
之前有市场传闻B站此次计划募资30亿美元，腾讯新闻《一线》从上市团队获悉，B站暂未有具体的募资计划，具体的募资额需要根据聆讯前后的市值再定。
但是按照回港二次上市公司的常规以市值的5%募资额计算，此次B站股价已经新高，回港都会有些许折扣。
