中欧投资协定谈判30日宣告完成。商务部条法司司长李詠箑 30日在中外媒体吹风会上介绍说，中欧投资协定对标国际高水平经贸规则，是一项全面、平衡和高水平的协定。协定涉及领域远远超越传统双边投资协定，谈判成果涵盖市场准入承诺、公平竞争规则、可持续发展和争端解决四方面内容。
