12.31国际黄金原油综合操作建议：
黄金周三亚盘先涨后跌，受美元走软影响，欧盘和美盘时段金价持续上扬，最终收于日高附近，报1892.93美元/盎司，涨0.86%；白银走势相似，最终收涨1.45%，报26.55美元/盎司。油市方面，WTI原油维持宽幅震荡，美盘前曾创下日低至47.60美元/桶，在EIA报告公布后转涨，尾盘走势平缓，最终收涨0.46%，报48.30美元/桶；布伦特原油收涨0.73%，报51.45美元/桶。美元指数震荡走低，最低跌至89.57，创2018年4月以来新低。非美货币集体走高，澳元兑美元涨超1%，欧元兑美元上破1.23关口，镑美也突破1.36关口。
