David Avgi的新公司UNIPaaS获得英国支付机构牌照
SafeCharge前CEO新成立的支付公司UNIPaaS日前已获得英国金融行为监管局（FCA）颁发的支付机构许可证，并正式注册为UNIPaaS Financial ServicesLtd。该牌照允许UNIPaaS提供多种支付服务。
UNIPaaS的联合创始人David Avgi称：“UNIPaaS设计了一个新的支付堆栈，在线市场和数字平台可以将管理支付和金融服务转变为一个新的增长引擎。”
Avgi在支付行业因共同创立并领导SafeCharge超过10年而闻名。该公司去年被Nuvei集团以8.89亿美元收购。
UNIPaaS是Avgi在支付行业的第二家企业，该公司专注于云服务，其他联合创始人是SafeCharge的前高管：Tsach Einav，Oded Kovach和Limor Liberman。
UNIPaaS将为英国本地和全球客户提供灵活的付款选项，并面向B2B和B2C领域的公司。
该公司官网显示，其已在伦敦和特拉维夫设有办事处，是花旗银行、AWS、SafeCharge和Banking Circle的合作伙伴。
