爆雷！永煤控股10亿债券违约，又一家AAA级国企倒下
没有一丝防备，又一家AAA级国企倒下了。
11月10日， 永城煤电控股集团有限公司（以下简称“永煤控股”）公告称，因流动资金紧张，“20永煤SCP003”未能按期足额偿付本息，已构成实质性违约，违约本息金额共计10.32亿元。

据公开资料，超短融“20永煤SCP003”发行于今年2月14日，当前余额10亿元，发行期限270天，票息4.39%，应于今年11月10日到期。
记者注意到，这是永煤控股首次发生债券违约，其未来发债之路将布满荆棘。
其实，永煤控股陷入债务危机早有征兆，今年9月10亿“20永煤SCP001”到期，竟由母公司河南能源化工集团（以下简称“豫能化集团”）发债偿还。
根据记者统计，目前永煤控股存续债券23只，存量规模234.1亿元，其一年内到期的债券达120亿元，短期集中兑付压力较大。
值得注意的是，虽发生债务违约事件，但永煤控股目前最新主体和相关债项信用等级为AAA，评级展望为“稳定”。
也就是说，继华晨控股后，又一家AAA级国企倒下了！
违约后，中债调整了永煤控股相关债券的市场隐含评级，并对相应债券估值予以调整。
永煤控股表示，将通过多渠道积极筹措兑付资金，争取尽快向投资人支付债券本息。
