十四五”怎么干？习近平明确这些要点
10月26日至29日，党的十九届五中全会在京召开。作为重要议题，会议将审议中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议，为未来5年乃至15年中国发展擘画蓝图。
明年我国将开始实施“十四五”规划。“十四五”时期是我国开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的第一个五年，谋划好“十四五”时期发展十分重要。
“谋划‘十四五’时期发展，要贯彻以人民为中心的发展思想”，“要更加聚焦人民群众普遍关心关注的民生问题，采取更有针对性的措施，一件一件抓落实，一年接着一年干，让人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感更加充实、更有保障、更可持续”……
