它因为自身的问题（在高估的房地产市场）下了高杠杆的注，在市场压力下旗下旗舰基金亏损关闭导致负反馈（价格越跌、抛售越厉害）发生，交易对手、投资人、客户纷纷离去，监管层变成猪队友（相当于背后捅刀子），倒下后，然后华尔街秃鹰过来分蛋糕，救火队长开始撒钱（收购当天就打开贴现窗口），配合的真是天衣无缝。而救火队长一个说我也不清楚，一个说我很不情愿。
