交易中的焦虑症
不知道汇友们有没有这类经历。周末闲暇时和有仓位时，总会被各种铺天盖地的悲观消息所左右，对未来的和正在持有的仓位产生各种崩塌式的焦虑。做交易以来，估计很多朋友都有这类经历，很容易受到各种消息干扰，比如某某的最新言论、近期的时政要点、每日的经济数据，对未来产生莫名的、巨大的担忧。
假如做交易都是这样玻璃心和焦虑，我认为都是不合格的。交易的道理大家都很容易懂，但能忍住仓位波动对人性的反复折磨和鞭笞，其实是最难的。每个人怕失去、又想得到的心理，是交易路上的魔障，这个毫不夸张。这个世界唯一不变的就是变化。既然是这样，我们个人的担心和忧惧并不能改变什么。我们只能从更宏观的大局去看待问题，坚持自己的交易系统，去找到可以追寻的规律。
