外汇喊单是不违法的，外汇喊单产生是因为有很多的外汇投资者都是盲目入市的，本身既没有相关的专业知识储备和经验，也没有充足的资金投入市场，所以就会产生需要别人带着做单的需求，而且需求量还不小，那么经验丰富的投资者就从中看到了商机，外汇喊单也就此诞生了。但也就是因为很多投资者经验较少，所以就发生了很多的骗局。
外汇老师喊单骗局一：故意喊错单。有些外汇老师喊单是故意喊错单的，这些外汇喊单老师主要集中在对赌平台提供的喊单。我们知道对赌平台下，我们投资人亏损的钱都是被平台赚到，这些平台为了能多赚钱，故意找一些外汇喊单老师喊错单，从而让投资人亏损自己盈利。
外汇老师喊单骗局二：胡乱喊单。外汇喊单老师并不是都是高手，有些外汇喊单老师做单的水平甚至还没有投资人自己高，这些人就稍微学了一点炒外汇技术就开始胡乱的忽悠人，因此投资人在选择外汇喊单老师的时候一定要多加注意，等搞清楚喊单老师的水平之后在决定要不要跟单。
外汇老师喊单骗局三：很多所谓的外汇喊单老师其实就是外汇平台拉拢客户的一种手段，对于客户来说，对于老师的喊单只需要进行借鉴就可以了，而不要全盘的相信就好。
