期货公司工作日记（44）
好几天没有记录工作了，最近开始进行生猪期货培训了，每天下午培训两个半小时，培训半个月，但是每天还要在盘后跟踪品种数据所以都不是很完整的听完培训课程，培训了两天都是在讲生猪的基本面信息，其实也没啥新的东西目前。
客户开发工作也没什么进展，网上结识一个好朋友答应我要在我这开户，算是这周唯一的收获，之前说我又要开始研究白糖了，结果新员工一直没来上班，所以目前我还是一直在跟踪油脂，白糖也有在继续维护，所以时间每天其实都安排的满满的。
然后领导突然给我们灌了一碗鸡汤，说要成功要做到三点。
1，万事不求人，自己要不满足不保留，自己的事情要自己做好，让自己成为专家
2，平台是公司的，能力是自己的。对未来保持乐观，对工作保持热情，讲到我们前任的负责人每天早上6点就会到公司，他也跟着做了两年，这样他的能力才得到了快速的提升。
3，把客户当朋友，对于客户沟通，了解客户的需要。
