
Dear Followme users,
In order to comprehensively meet the needs of users to bind trading accounts, Followme trading community has supported unbound accounts to be bound again since March 26, 2020.
The rebinding process is now explained:
1. If you need to rebind, please contact Followme's exclusive customer service or FollowmeAssist, and provide a trading account and affiliated broker;
2. Only supports to re-binding live account to the previously-bound Followme account;
3. After receiving the request, it is expected to complete the rebinding process within 2 working days;
4. After the account rebinds successfully, the historical subscription relationship, independent orders, and copytrading orders will continue to be displayed;
5. After the account is rebound successfully, the account type (Trader / Ordinary Account) remains unchanged;
6. After the account successfully rebinds, you will receive a text message notification.
We have been optimizing product needs, and in the subsequent version optimization, we will support rebinding of unbound accounts, so stay tuned.
