#交易笔记挑战赛第5期# 今天巨额亏损，亏掉了利润的30%，原因有两个，第一做了自己不熟悉的品种，澳元摸顶失败两次，第三次再次摸顶而是还是超级重仓，导致亏损严重。第二，亏损严重后心态发生巨大变化，产生连锁反应，导致频繁交易，在黄金震荡行情中按照趋势加仓，不断亏损。昨天亏损是抄底，今天亏损是摸顶。经验教训：用小仓位大止损，时间过滤这些交易毛刺，平和心情。从上周入金600做到最高的3600确实有点飘飘然，今天出金1500把本钱守住，重新再来，明天开始更多的时间就是看电视，挂单要么止盈要么止损。
