许妈看问题仍然从国际大势出发他认为今天的非农不具有太大影响：
- 鲍威尔3次降息还没有结束的意向，而川普不想鲍威尔降息，多半有把握是对兔鹰11月的谈判有文字性成果。
智利的事情会不会跟民主党有关系啊？川皇是愿意在APEC上见到兔鹰有成果的，昨天晚上，民主党正式对川皇发起通乌门弹劾，坚定了许仙对民主党搞鬼的看法。
- 兔鹰不在智利见面，也可以在别处别时见面谈成啊，现在的避险是站不住脚的，所以11月，兔鹰的和谈大概率会有成果的。
关于11月及长期走势的展望：
- 霓虹到现在还没有降息，降息后会先贬值后升值，在欧洲已经表现得很明显了。日元在108.4-108.6左右会见顶，目标是107下方。
- 妖镑可以在回落至1.28附近建仓，止损放到1.23，目标是1.4-1.45。对于这种超过1000点的行情，容错要500点以上。
- 这些的依据都是美元将在98左右走出双顶，这也是非美货币的机会，这个顶预计会在11月下旬到12月。
- 澳元的底部已经确认在0.67-0.68，澳洲降息已经降无可降了，长期看多到0.8。
