一锤定音!7家外汇公司被法国AMF列入黑名单
法国金融市场管理局(AMF)以及审慎监管与解决局(ACPR)更新了其警告清单，其中包括一系列未经适当授权在法国经营的实体。
本周二，AMF确定了未获得适当授权的外汇和加密货币市场运营的网站。具体而言，AMF已经标记了7家外汇实体和3家加密网站。
7家外汇实体：

3家加密网站：
AMF在声明中表示:“请注意，这些列表会定期更新，但并不意味着是完整的，因为新的未经授权的参与者会定期出现。为确保向您提供金融产品或服务的中介机构是获得授权在法国经营，您可以查阅授权投资服务提供商列表(https://www.regafi.fr)或金融机构中的授权中介机构列表投资顾问(CIF)或参与式投资顾问(CIP)类别(https://www.orias.fr/search)。
AMF表示外汇和加密货币领域对法国消费者来说仍然是一个真正的威胁。且早在2016年，AMF在其报告中写道，它收到了来自3768个散户投资者关于外汇和二元期权欺诈的投诉。
