7.12黄金交易计划：
黄金隔日整体冲高破位下跌，最高反弹触及1427.06承压回落，晚间在美国初请数据利空影响下跌破1417打开下跌空间，收盘最低下跌触及1400，日线报收一根实体大阴K线。从技术面来看，黄金日线大阴，今天的走势应该是反弹空，日线实体阳线的腰部在1410附近，亚欧盘先看反弹到这个点位再判断多空。今日周线收官，本周开盘价在1393，此位要反复进行争夺，最终周线要争夺收盘阴阳线。上方压力1412，1417。下方关注1400美金整数位置得失。
黄金：1、反弹1410-1412做空，止损1415，目标1400-1392；
7.12原油交易计划：
原油昨日探高回落收平，日图十字K线收窄，整体空间不大，刷新60.90高点停顿整理修正，一直拖到欧美盘小有回测，最低60.23，最终收盘在60.30。短线图短暂停顿修正，但整体空间不大，仍属于强势中的整理修正手法。4小时暂时处于上升结构，可能小有回调，但低多看涨策略不变，回落补仓，先看昨日高点61位置的突破，后市看64-66区域！
原油：1、回调60.0附近做多，止损59.50，目标60.90破位上看
