FXCM福汇TS2账户突然无法登录是怎么回事？
TS2交易软件是福汇在2012年之后推出的一款完全由自己研发的外汇保证金交易软件，并且只适用于福汇的交易账户，这款交易软件无论在交易设置的便利性还是在分析图表的样式方面都比mt4要有很大的进步和改善，因此很多专业交易者都更喜欢使用福汇的TS2软件进行分析。
不少客户可能就下载一个模拟账户进行查看图表和分析，而实盘账户却是在另外平台进行交易的，出现这种情况也比较正常。无论是哪个平台的交易软件，只要使用起来比较方便，那么我们就可以直接拿过来使用，毕竟他们都是免费的，但是不少客户却反馈之前的TS2模拟账户或者是TS2真实账户突然间无法直接登录了，再登录的时候总是显示连接失败，那么这又是什么原因呢？
其实福汇的TS2软件在2018年有一个升级，如果你的电脑是苹果系统或者是xp系统话，那么是无法再重新下载安装TS2的，如果之前已经下载，那么就会显示无法登录，我们只需要将自己的系统更换一下win7或者是win10便可以重新登录ts2的交易账户了。
