国泰君安筹备代客外汇买卖业务，并欲推出零售外汇业务
今天下午，国泰君安发布消息称并未在境内开展外汇保证金业务。但我们从其发布的消息可以看出国泰君安真积极筹备相关业务。
国泰君安先是否认了其在境内有开展外汇保证金业务，称其外汇保证金业务主体为境外子公司，其目标客户亦为境外客户。
而在其后的说明中，国泰君安表示正在积极筹备代客外汇买卖业务，其中以即期实盘外汇买卖业务为主的一期项目筹备工作已基本完成，并近期将向部分客户启动试运营并择机向公司客户推广。国泰君安后期还将陆续推出面向零售客户的账户外汇和面向机构的外币对衍生品等业务，力求在满足监管要求的基础上提供和拓宽外汇相关业务。
国泰君安曾于2014年11月获得国家外汇管理局批复的结售汇业务经营资格，在此基础上，国泰君安目前有资格开展自营人民币外汇交易、自营外汇买卖交易、代客外汇买卖和Quanto产品结售汇（即为证券公司自身发行的结构性产品进行换汇）等业务。
