汇丰银行：2017年底欧元/美元将升向1.20
FXStreet-汇丰银行(HSBC)最新撰文称，在2017年底欧元/美元有望升至1.2000水平。
汇丰看涨欧元/美元的一个关键因素在于该行预期美元将走软。此外，欧元还面临其它利好因素，包括政治风险减弱以及欧洲央行(ECB)未来将削减其货币刺激规模。
该银行首席外汇策略师David Bloom说道：“欧元区政治局面也在发生转变，这一次是从负面转向正面。法国总统大选首轮投票结果让我们确信，欧元将从现在起认真展开反弹。”
外界普遍预期，马克龙在周日首轮投票中胜出后，将在5月7日击败法国极右翼民族阵线主席勒庞，成为新一届法国总统。这一结果将令欧元区避免分崩离析的风险。
至于欧洲央行政策，汇丰预计欧洲央行会在9月会议上宣布削减QE，并在2018年初结束QE。市场将在今年下半年多数时间试图猜测央行何时会祭出削减购债举措。换言之，市场将在今年剩余时间内寻找欧洲央行退出宽松政策的下一步举措，这应会支撑欧元汇率。
根据路透报道，欧洲央行管委会内及接近管委的三位消息人士表示，由于法国大选两位反欧盟的候选人在第二轮中对阵的风险已经消除，且由于经济处于多年来最佳状态，许多决策者认为有空间在6月会议上传递些许缩减刺激政策的信号。（来源：FXStreet）
