油价年底将涨至70美元-花旗
FXStreet- 花旗分析师Ed Morse与Seth Kleinman昨日在报告中称，即使美国的产量有所上升，但随着石油输出国组织(OPEC)减产影响的发酵，预计原油库存将出现相当可观的下降。
事实上，近期美国原油库存已经出现回落的迹象。据美国能源信息署(EIA)，4月7日当周美国原油库存减少216.6万桶，结束连续三周的增长趋势，并且录得今年以来最大降幅。
花旗表示目前来看，市场可能会大量消化库存，布伦特油价将上涨至每桶60美元以上。该行预计，到2017年底油价将升至每桶60-70美元区间的中段。
该行还指出尽管美国页岩油生产可能强势回归，但OPEC和非OPEC产油国的减产幅度应该会在未来6-9个月内盖过美国增产的影响，2017年全年应该会看到市场情况的收紧。
OPEC将在5月25日举行会议，讨论将减产期限延长到6月之后，以化解导致油价低迷近三年的过多供应。但沙特能源大臣法力赫周一称，现在讨论是否延长减产协议为时尚早。（来源：FXStreet）
