原油市场今年二季度将收紧 OPEC可能延长减产 - 花旗
FXStreet - 花旗（Citi）大宗商品全球研究主管Ed Morse周二（3月28日）在报告中称，美国页岩油增速可能超预期，但增长可能集中在今年下半年，并令第二季度形势收紧。同时，石油输出国组织（OPEC）可能延长减产。
Morse在报告中写道，“由于原油和石油产品需求开始季节性回升，非OPEC供应量继续下滑，稍早的OPEC和非OPEC供应大增的局势放缓，石油市场将收紧，特别是在二季度。”
OPEC和非OPEC产油国的部长联合委员会周日（3月26日）在声明中表示，同意评估是否应将全球限制供应协议延长六个月。根据该声明，今年2月份OPEC产油国的减产执行率在106%，而包括俄罗斯在内的非OPEC产油国执行率在64%。
花旗指出，“OPEC和非OPEC国家可能会在下半年根据需要延长减产以支持价格。”OPEC部长们将于5月25日在维也纳开会、决定是否延长减产协议。
另外，花旗旗下的CitiFX外汇技术策略研究团队周一表示，从油价的走势图来看，其确认了双顶形态，目标看向每桶46.50美元水平。
该行指出，油价的当前支撑在55日均线47.38，目前守稳。但油价若周图收于该均线下方，则表明后市将看向每桶41.90-42.58美元区域。
但该行也认为，从短线的空头动能来看，油价可能展开自动修正并在未来18个月仍维持相对积极的表现。（来源：FXStreet）
