央行副行长：外汇市场受一些短期因素扰动非常正常
证券时报网（www.stcn.com）03月13日讯 据新华社消息，全国政协委员、中国人民银行副行长兼国家外汇管理局局长潘功胜今日表示，外汇市场也是一个市场，市场它会受到各种各样的因素的一些扰动，尤其一些，有些短期因素的扰动，像您所提到的什么脱欧，美国的加息等等，各种各样的这个短期因素的扰动，它有一些波动，我觉得它是非常正常的。
但是我觉得短期的这种波动，它最终会向一个基本面来回归。那么我们的这个经济的增长，在全球来说还保持了一个还比较高速的一个增长的区间，而且随着这个，我国的这个改革的这种深化，尤其是供给侧结构改革的这种深化，经济增长的质量会更加的有效率，更加的可持续，更加的更有质量。所以我觉得我国跨境资金流动和外汇市场形势的这个基础是比较稳健的。
