国家外汇管理局
国家外汇管理局是国务院部委管理的国家局，由中国人民银行管理，行政级别为副部级。[1-2] 内设9个职能司和机关党委，设置4个事业单位。在各省、自治区、直辖市、部分副省级城市设立36个分局（其中2个外汇管理部），在部分地（市）设立308个中心支局，在部分县（市）设立519个支局。国家外汇管理局分支机构与当地中国人民银行分支机构合署办公。[3-4]
