ing：薪资疲软无关大局美联储加息料照常进行

　　——荷兰国际集团(ing)经济学家james smith周五(12月2日)表示，虽然美国11月的薪资意外录得下降，给美联储将要进行的决议“蒙上了一层阴影”，但也仅仅是一层阴影而已，依旧预计美联储12月加息照常，2017年美联储将加息两次。

　　该行表示：此次月率薪资竟然意外下降0.1%：不仅低于预期中值0.2%，甚至低于该行的预期下限；不过这可以用所谓的日历怪癖(calendar quirk)加以解释：两个月之间工作天数的增加会导致平均每小时薪资下降，而这导致了11月的数据下降了0.1%左右。

　　该行进一步称，上个月的薪资月率增速高达0.4%，显得非常强劲，因而可能与本月的数据互相影响；重要的是，该行认为薪资增速更高才会显得劳动力市场更加健康；据亚特兰大联储数据，那些跳槽者预测薪资年率增幅将达到4.4%，很接近2008金融危机前的水平；预计2017年平均小时薪资年率将突破3%大关。

　　该行进一步表示，此次美国非农数据对美联储的影响力在于，薪资数据的疲软可能为美联储内部的鸽派票委增加了一丝惊讶，但这对美联储12月加息并不能构成致命打击；实际上排除薪资数据的异常因素，该行依旧认为，美国当前劳动力市场依然足够强大，因而美联储2017年将加息两次。
