汇丰：中国债市规模最快5年超越日本
汇丰证券服务中国销售及业务发展总监王伟全周四（9月15日）表示，主权基金及央行投资于中国债市的需求仍存在，人民币纳入SDR货币篮子，将鼓励主权基金投放一成资产于人民币产品，认为人民币升值或贬值对主权基金投资中国债市的需求不会带来大影响，而基金经理亦需透过人民币产品分散风险及提高回报，因目前部分国债处于负利率水平。
王伟全表示，人民银行于今年5月进一步放宽合资格境外机构投资银行间债券市场，有关措施不设立额度，汇入及汇出资金将更灵活，可投资的产品包括债券远期及利率互换，产品申请程序更为简化，暂时已有30多个基金产品成功登记，相信未来产品种类会更多。
王伟全指出，目前中国债券市场规模为8万亿元美元，而日本为11万亿美元，但相信由于中国资本市场仍然在发展当中，相信企业债券产品的发展会较其他经济体系为快，预期最快5年后，整体规模可超越日本。但由于不同的市场亦会于美国债券市场进行融资，加上全球货币市场仍然以美元为主导，故中国债券市场应难以超越美国规模。
据了解，投资于中国债市的需求主要来自资产管理公司，当中有4成来自美国，另外4成来自欧洲，其馀2成则来自亚洲。（来源：FX168）
