花旗：油市供需失衡状况并未缓解，再平衡仍有待时日
花旗分析师Tim Evans表示，尽管有越来越多的人认为，全球石油供应中断频现，油市供求将趋向从紧。但美国能源部周二公布的最新前景展望报告可能暗示，情况并非如此。
报告显示，美国5月日均原油产量870万桶，较4月份日均增加20万桶。
