伊朗忙于提高原油产量和出口量 目前尚无冻结产量计划
伊朗国家石油公司(NIOC)董事总经理RokneDDin JaVADI上周六(5月21日)在接受采访时称，伊朗目前没有参加任何产量冻结行动的计划，因在下半年之前，该国的石油出口还不能提高到制裁之前的水平。
伊朗国家石油公司告诉Mehr新闻社，到夏季中期伊朗的石油出口量可能超过220万桶/天。这是逾四年之前因核计划遭受制裁之前伊朗的出口水平。
Javadi指出，“伊朗政府目前打算冻结，或是停止提高原油产量和出口，我们将继续按照原定计划增加原油产量。”
在国际制裁取消后，伊朗目前正重塑该国的能源业，并恢复原油的出售。该国曾4月的多哈会议上拒绝加入冻产协议，并引发沙特的不满，最终导致会议谈崩。沙特此前明确表示，只有伊朗加入冻产，沙特才会加入。石油输出国组织(OPEC)定于6月2日在维也纳开会讨论限产问题。
据国际能源署(IEA)今年5月12日公布的报告显示，4月伊朗原油产量已经回升到制裁前水平，当月该国原油日产量达到356万桶，为2011年11月制裁实施前水平。同时，4月伊朗原油出口量激增超过40%，至每日200万桶，同样接近制裁前水平。
