外媒：奇虎360私有化财团正与外管局就外汇问题谈判
彭博援引不愿具名知情人士称，外汇局要求奇虎私有化财团提供信息，证明换汇资金不涉及资本外逃等违规行为，同时要求分批换汇汇出。外汇局目前暂时对奇虎私有化计划相关的换汇进行了限制，双方仍在谈判中。
该报道同时援引奇虎发言人刘力称，私有化进展一切顺利，奇虎和外汇局在如何将资金汇出国外这一问题上存在分歧的说法完全是不实的。
根据之前公告，如果在9月18日之前没有完成交易，奇虎私有化财团有权终止交易。
5月5日有传闻称，证监会拟暂缓中概股企业国内上市，中概股回归国内借壳、重组、IPO可能受限制。消息一出，正在私有化的企业股价应声下跌。但此传闻尚未获得官方权威途径证实。
而《21世纪经济报道》昨日就有消息称，奇虎360私有化挑战一方面来自能否顺利通过监管部门的审批。由于360需要将人民币换成美元，高达93亿美元的出海是否会遭遇汇率问题及外汇管制的挑战，目前尚是未知。
除了外汇监管问题，该报道还提到，更大麻烦是回国上市前景的扑朔迷离。因此，业内人士担心360或放弃私有化。
