因油管遇袭后关闭 尼日利亚原油产量下降至近22年低位
在皇家荷兰壳牌石油集团(Royal Dutch Shell)旗下尼日利亚业务部门周三(5月11日)表示已关闭一条主要输油管道后，该国原油产量料将降至逾20年以来最低。
由于位于南部尼日尔三角洲的一条石油管道遭到袭击，尼日利亚原油产量本周降至22年低点附近，这加剧了低油价对尼日利亚经济的影响。该国油气资源主要位于尼日尔三角洲。
该消息一度推高原油期货价格，指标布兰特原油周三急升超过4%，盘中触及每桶47.75美元的4月29日以来高位。
Shell Petroleum Development(SPDC)周三称，在因泄漏关闭Nembe Creek Trunk line(NCTL)输油管道以进行维修后，公司周二(5月10日)对邦尼轻质原油出口宣布遭遇不可抗力。NCTL负责运送该国所有的邦尼轻质原油。
壳牌发言人称，这归咎于技术问题，但未提供更多细节。不过，该地区的一位社区领导人称，爆炸导致这处管道关闭。
