2017年将开始下跌。收阴线。
2018年继续收阴线。
2019年将会根据楼市偏离价值的扭曲程度进行修正。如果这些年我们的楼市被过度扭曲的话，这一年将会得到强力修正。
2020和2021年随着国家政策的优化调控和人民信心的增加，将会回暖迎来上涨。
但是在2022年市场将会惩罚，迎来真正意义的下跌。
快则2024年完成，正常2026年完成，慢则2028年完成。
楼市将会被彻底修正为降价2016年峰值的37%。
比方说上海2016年的房价为26980，将来就会被修正为16997.
当然，这里只是举例。
上海毕竟是超级都市，回撤会低于37%。
北京深圳等一线城市回撤也会低于37%。
这个37%的回撤度主要适用在二线-四线城市。

我上面的举例是没有加入通涨设定的。如果加入通胀率的设定。接上面上海的例子。
上海2028年的房价将被市场修正为36916.
