One of the worst customer service I feel in FX market.
I make deposit on 19 October 2022 and the amount did not reflect to my MT5 as well did not return back to my bank. I contact with live chat multiple time but no update when I get the solution till today they do not have any update as well as when my issue will resolve.

I am still new user of Octafx, so far I dont have any major problem. honestly instead of looking problem, Octafx apps need a huge upgrade, we cant even make TA in the app, need to open other apps to make analysis, for a newbie like me who just using a single phone to learn trading, can you imagine that.
