The American Petroleum Institute said U.S. crude oil stockpiles fell 0.655 million barrels for the week ending November 12, smaller than the expected increase of 1.55 million barrels. The U.S. Energy Information Administration will report official crude inventories for the same period later in the day, with a build of 1.398 million barrels expected.
