Oil prices jumped further after the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries and its oil-producing allies (OPEC+) said they would keep production largely steady through April, in contrast to expectations of them reversing some of the existing output cuts. U.S. WTI crude futures surged $2.77 to $64.05 a barrel on Thursday.
