本来想着这事就算了，但是有网友建议我，可以报警试试，拿立案回执。昨天把所有证据，交易流水都准备好了，去派出所。结果警察先问是不是和业务员纠纷。了解清楚情况之后，说这情况没法立案，直接去法院起诉就行。结果去了法院之后，法院说，对方公司在境外，要起诉也是在境外起诉。我问了一下，对方业务员微信是实名认证的，不可以通过微信找到业务员，再找到对方公司吗？工作人员回答，需要法院出具调令，去腾讯总部查这个人的身份信息信息，因为没法起诉，所以也没法出具调令，最后还是不了了之，简直了
