3.30 交易笔记
今天市场主线还是这条：
战争拖长预期 → 油价冲高 → 美元偏强。
布油站上 115 美元一线，黄金则继续处在“避险支撑”和“高利率压制”的拉扯里，没有走出很顺的单边。
外汇这边，非美整体还是偏弱，
日元也重新来到敏感位置附近。
所以我今天的理解很简单：
先看油价和美元，黄金先按震荡拉扯看，不急着猜反转。
